To ensure that we have a consistent and transparent approach, it is essential to have a management process which identifies and tracks all the life cycle changes (goods and replacement parts).

Non-Conformance – Non-Conformities Quality Suite is the designated system of record used by Grid Solutions sites to log non-conformance(s), allowing the organization to take appropriate action(s) to satisfy the requirements stated in the quality system procedures and/or quality standard.

Part Qualification – The Part Qualification tool of Quality Suite is a single system of record for Grid Solution Part Qualification approval, providing tracking of qualification on time delivery to customers, solve quality issues during NPIs, and reduce use of multiple reporting tools across Grid Solutions.
