Philippe Piron
PRESIDENT AND CEO,
GE POWER CONVERSION
Philippe Piron is the President & CEO of GE Power Conversion. He is responsible for steering the company's strategy and for continuing to develop the business across multiple energy-intensive industries, contributing to decarbonize their footprint and to electrify the world, while driving commercial and operational excellence. Philippe joined GE in November 2020. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Alcatel Submarine Networks.

Nathan Kunisky
Chief Finance Officer
Nathan Kunisky has been Power Conversion’s CFO since 2017. Nate joined GE in 2003 through GE Healthcare’s Financial Management Program. He joined the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) in 2005 and built global expertise across several GE businesses. In 2009, he was promoted to Executive Audit Manager for Energy Infrastructure. Following his time in CAS, Nate joined Power Conversion in 2011 as the FP&A Manager. Nate has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Edgardo Torres
Chief OPERATING Officer
Edgardo Torres is responsible for the daily running and coordination of Power Conversion operating rhythms and processes. Ed has been in this role since 2022 and prior to that was the General Manager for Power Conversion France. He has over 25 years’ experience with GE. He started in the Edison Engineering program, building up years of engineering experience before moving into roles in Commercial Operations and Quality. He has over 10 years of experience in business management.

Andy Cooper
General Manager,
Power Conversion UK
Andy Cooper leads the UK region and the global Marine segment for Power Conversion where he is responsible for strategy and execution for those parts of the business. Andy has 36 years GE Service, having started his career as an apprentice for the acquired Converteam business. Andy has held numerous roles in Operations/Business Management including Project Management and Commercial roles of increasing seniority. He has led the UK region since 2018.

Eric Cotelle
General Manager,
Power Conversion France
Eric Cotelle joined GE in 2021 to lead the France region for Power Conversion where he is responsible for strategy and execution for the region. Eric has over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, before joining GE he was General Manager of the Power Distribution unit of Safran Electrical & Power. He is a graduate in Aerospace Engineering from ESTACA and the French Airforce Training School. He continued his education and training with the French MoD at the IHEDN national session for Armament & Defense.

Thomas Jin
General Manager,
Power Conversion ASIA
Thomas Jin joined GE in 2022 to lead the Asia region for Power Conversion where he is responsible for strategy and execution for the region. Thomas has extensive leadership and industry experience gained over 30 years in various organizations. Prior to joining GE, Thomas was providing consultancy advisory services to various industries and before that he was Executive Vice President, APAC & Greater China with Kelvion in the Heat Exchanger segment. Thomas graduated from University of Sydney with an M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and has a B.Sc. in electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Alex Mc Lennan
General Manager,
Power Conversion LATIN AMERICA
Alexander Mc Lennan (Alex) joined GE Power Conversion in April 2022 as regional Leader for Latin America. In this role, he is responsible for overall strategy and execution for the region. Alex is a seasoned executive with + 20 years of experience in GE, mainly in the Oil & Gas industry where he has taken various roles both in Commercial areas as well as Operations. He has over 10 years in business management roles in different Business Cycles. Alex has a multicultural background and broad international experience. He is graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina and has completed various Executive Programs including EDP in Northwestern Kellogg University.

Jörg Nuttelmann
General Manager,
Power Conversion Germany
Jörg Nuttelmann joined GE in 2020 to lead the Germany region for Power Conversion where he is responsible for strategy and execution for the region. Jörg has extensive leadership experience from his time Siemens, Wabtec, and Alstom Transport. Prior to GE, Jörg was Managing Director Waggonbau Graaff GmbH. He is experienced in Lean as well as delivering strategies at production sites and driving turn around for positive financial results. Jörg graduated as an engineer from Technische Universität Brunswick.

Balaji Parthasarathy
General Manager,
Power Conversion India
Balaji Parthasarathy leads the India region for Power Conversion where he is responsible for business operations and execution for that region. In addition to driving strategy for the India region, Balaji is responsible for growing capability and capacity at our Engineering Development Centre (EDC). Balaji has over 20 years of experience within GE, holding critical roles driving global engineering and operations roadmaps for businesses like GE Consumer & Industrial, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Energy Connections.

Elias Rodrigo
General Manager,
Power Conversion NORTH AMERICA
Rodrigo Elias has been the General Manager for Power Conversion North America since March of 2023. Rodrigo joined GE in 1997 as Sales Manager and since then has held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility in Sales, Services, Manufacturing, and Operations across several GE Energy businesses. In 2013, Rodrigo joined Power Conversion in the role of Latin America Services General Manager and more recently served as the General Manager for Motors for the Americas region (Latin America + North America). Rodrigo has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Alma Batista
Chief Diversity Officer
& Chief Information Officer
Alma Batista is GE Power Conversion’s Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) and Chief Information Officer. As CDO, Alma leads the effort to establish operational goals and priorities related to inclusion and diversity, providing leadership to achieve those goals in partnership with the senior leadership team and other CDOs across GE. Alma joined GE in 1998 and has over twenty years of experience in IT roles across GE Energy businesses, supporting projects across Commercial, Supply Chain Manufacturing, and Data Analytics.

André Borouchaki
Product & Technology Leader
André Borouchaki is GE Power Conversion’s Product & Technology Leader. In this role André is responsible for developing our product and strategy roadmap. André has over thirty years of industry experience, having started his career as a Software Engineer, and subsequently carrying out several technical, managerial, and commercial roles in different fields. In his most recent role before joining Power Conversion in 2020, he was the Chief Technical Officer for Danfoss.

Olivier Bugeaud
Sourcing Leader
Olivier Bugeaud is responsible for the global coordination of our sourcing activities and the implementation of best-in-class sourcing practices, processes, and tools. Olivier joined GE Power Conversion in January 2022 from Kelvion Thermal Engineered Solutions where he was Vice President Sourcing, having been with Kelvion Thermal Solutions since 2002 in various roles Procurement, Supply Chain and Project Management. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages applied to International Trade and Business and a Specialization in Purchasing Marketing from Nantes Chamber of Commerce.

Scott Dickson
Lean Leader
Scott Dickson leads Lean for Power Conversion. Scott has been in this role since 2019, having previously led the North America region and Services for the business. Scott has been with GE for over 23 years and has had roles of increasing seniority in manufacturing, plant management, and global supply chain.

Len Hill
EHS & Quality Leader
Len Hill leads EHS and Quality for Power Conversion. Len has been in this role since 2017 and has over 30 years of GE service. In his time at GE, Len has held Quality, System Engineering, Product, Project leadership roles in GE Transportation and has Operations experience from his time in both the GE Lighting and Healthcare businesses. Len has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Elisa Lambertini
General Counsel
Elisa Lambertini is Power Conversion’s General Counsel and has been in this role since 2016. Elisa joined Power Conversion’s legal team in 2012 supporting the commercial team and leading the business’ commercial legal strategy. Elisa joined GE in 2005 in GE Energy Services business as Europe Senior Risk Attorney. In 2008, she assumed the role of Global Leader of ES Risk Attorneys. Before joining GE, Elisa practiced law with Baker & McKenzie. She earned her law degree from the University of Milan.

Sabrina Luong Bouilhac
HUMAN RESOURCES LEADER
Sabrina Luong Bouilhac is the HR Leader for Power Conversion since January 2023. She is a results-focused HR Leader who is dedicated to building and executing the company’s HR strategy and creating an inclusive culture that promotes business growth and cultivates customer satisfaction by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best self at work. She joined GE in 2009 and has over 20 years of HR experience in diverse HR functions and industries. Sabrina holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Philosophy.
